Our lands have license-controlled access to high-quality areas for hunting, with plenty of habitat diversity, species, and cover types, as well as a mix of plantation and riparian areas.
Evergreen Timber LLC offers exclusive hunting and recreation access on our southern timberlands through an online licensing program. Licensing property from Evergreen Timber LLC is simple and convenient. Each tract of land is mapped and individually designated as a Recreational License Unit (RLU). A license grants the holder exclusive rights for hunting and other outdoor recreational activities on the tract.
